Waref obtained accreditation from the Ministry of Human Resources as a service provider in 2022, as Waref is considered an accredited company specialized in remote work management services, flexible work and outsourcing in business consulting services, and a contributing partner in achieving the goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
In Waref, we contribute to serving the private business sector and the development business sector by linking them to provide remote work opportunities for needy people, especially women and people with special needs, and facilitating localization services for companies and individuals in the localization program approved by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2- Soon, the flexible working service will be launched in Wharf
We strive to complete the procedures of the Ministry of Human Resources to adopt the flexible work service in Warf to launch and expand within the technology services market to facilitate digital transformation and improve the level of our services, which contributes to increasing the number of workers and developing future digital job opportunities within the country.
We are working on contracting Saudi competencies with employers by documenting contracts on the electronic portal for flexible work and professional applications. We focus on targeting qualitative jobs with professional specializations and groups most in need of work.
